What You’ll Do:

  • Manages scheduling of clinical staff visits
  • Enters referrals appropriately, for multiple behavioral health service lines
  • Ensures appropriate assignment of referrals in consultation with supervisor and appropriate clinical manager
  • Data entry into MatrixCare and Practice EMRs as needed.
  • Maintain Clinical Scheduling program..
  • Help to maintain documents/resources within behavioral health share drives
  • Portal Reporting tools
  • Screens all phone calls, assuring that staff follow established confidentiality protocols & policies.
  • Prioritize all difficult situations deriving from phone calls and/or problems related to the phone system and contacts Staff or Supervisor.
  • Coordinates with staff, billing personnel, and Supervisor on a daily basis to solve problems relating to timely and accurate completion of documentation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Graduation from a two-year business college with an Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Two or three years of broad office experience.
  • Experience dealing with the public in a fast paced multi-task environment required. Customer service skills also required.
  • Electronic Medical Records experience a plus!
  • Strong, demonstrated computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Excellent customer services and public relation skills
