You will support the critical functions of Training & Development and Talent Acquisition to foster employee growth, engagement, and development. As a contributor to our HR team, you’ll play a role in helping to design impactful training programs and recruiting top-tier talent to help drive our company's continued success.

What You’ll Do:

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate and assist the training initiatives that enhance skills, boost performance, and align with business goals.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop role-specific training plans, clear career paths, and leadership development programs that empower employees to grow.
  • Coordinate engaging workshops and e-learning programs, incorporating tools like LinkedIn Learning and other modern resources.
  • Collaborate with external training partners to ensure programs meet organizational needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness to deliver measurable results.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job postings to conducting interviews, managing reference checks, and advising hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Build lasting relationships with hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs and proactively identify talent pipelines.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires have a seamless, positive introduction to the company.
  • Play an active role in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, helping to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of well-rounded experience in HR with an emphasis on Training & Development and Talent Acquisition.
  • A team player to assist with other HR functions, programs, and initiatives.
  • Experience in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and learning management tools.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for DEI, with a desire for fostering inclusive workplaces.
  • A professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus but not required.

Work Environment: Diversified Communications offers the flexibility to enjoy a hybrid schedule with the requirement of working in the office 2 days per week.
