Job Summary:
- Direct Goodwill Good Clean Property Services programs and services, including management of our Northern New England Employment Services contracts. Responsible for working with the Senior Director of GCPS to move contracts through bidding and implementation. Responsible for ensuring quality control in all business ventures and contracts in partnership with Goodwill’s QA Coordinator. Supervise state managers for ME, VT and NH.
- Represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the general public, supporting the agency Vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with the cleaning and staffing services.
- 7+ years related professional, supervisory experience
- Ability to present and implement procedures in multiple remote locations throughout various levels of supervision.
- Ability to coordinate with Departments of Corrections, Employment Security, Labor and Vocational Rehabilitation
- Significant understanding of contract management and accounting requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Criminal background check that meets Agency standards
