Small US sales office of European wood products mfr, shipping products from 2 contract warehouses. Admin assistant to manager will process sales orders, email paperwork to warehouses, invoices, interface with customers (mostly email) and warehouses. Familiarity with QuickBooks highly preferred. QuickBooks-based system for inventory and order processing, invoicing, some A/P and A/R (we use Bill.com and outside firm does the books). 16-20 hrs./week, flexible schedule, but mornings to 12 or 1 PM are best, possibly 3-5 days/wk.
