Adult case managers work in a team atmosphere and independently in supporting clients to access resources, learn living skills, and work towards recovery within the community setting. Case managers work collaboratively with community resources, natural supports and a variety of other professionals to develop and meet treatment goals in a person-centered approach. Requirements: Certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician – Community (MHRT/C), or a Provisional MHRT/C required, and experience in the field is preferred. Valid driver’s license.
