What You'll Do:

  • Leadership Advisement: Based on various methods of assessment, work with leadership to define strategies and opportunities to engage clinical teams in the delivery of high quality hospice care.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Establish project goals and objectives in alignment with business priorities.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project activities, track progress against milestones, and ensure projects remain on schedule. Monitor and adjust resources, timelines, and scope as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and third parties. Communicate project status, risks, and changes effectively and regularly.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and address issues as they arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams and those engaged in any of the initiatives, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and deadlines. Foster collaboration and a positive working environment.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required.
  • More than three years of proven experience managing complex projects in the health care sector – hospice preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience with project management and program development with a strong emphasis on process optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with and building trusted relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
