KidsPeace National Centers of New England – Graham Lake Residential Program
KidsPeace is hiring Residential Childcare Specialists (Full-Time and Part-Time) for our Graham Lake Residential Program, supporting emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and teens in a structured, compassionate setting.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support youth in a safe, therapeutic environment
Build trusting relationships and help implement treatment plans
Maintain structure and consistency
This is a rewarding, hands-on role ideal for those who want to make a real impact.
Schedule Options:
Weekday shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM only (kids attend school during the day)
Weekend shifts: Flexible, including 12-hour options
Set schedules available: Sunday – Wednesday, Wednesday – Saturday, Monday – Friday, and Friday - Sunday
Hours & Benefits:
Choose Full-Time (32 or 40 hours/week) – both qualify for great benefits
Part-Time roles under 32 hours/week also available
Optional overtime available
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Must be available for afternoon/evening shifts and/or weekends
Strong communication skills and a commitment to youth development
