As a Digital Marketing Specialist and our SMS/Push Channel Manager, you will work with teams across the business to design, analyze and optimize marketing SMS/Push notification experiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - nurturing leads, driving cross-sell and product utilization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to design and support the development of SMS/Push notifications as part of our multichannel marketing automation projects
  • Leverage Salesforce Mobile Studio to automate updates and alerts that deliver on on stakeholder objectives
  • Develop a strategy, roadmap and manage efforts around implementing SMS/Push experiences throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze channel performance, provide recommendations to stakeholders on testing strategy and enhancements
  • Proactively identify issues / obstacles and recommend appropriate courses of action
  • Communicate plans and results to key stakeholder across lines of business

Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ years experience developing SMS/Push notification strategies and engagement - ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • 5+ years experience delivering highly-effective digital/email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to take initiative and lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results
  • Team player attitude and ability to work in a high energy business environment
  • Must be able to present a strong and diverse portfolio of marketing automation and/or digital channel marketing samples.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, or related field
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Leadership skills to facilitate discussions through cross-regional, cross-cultural teams, also remotely
  • Strong understanding of project mgmt methodologies (Agile, SCRUM etc.)
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics
