Patient Service Representative (Reception Only)
Scarborough, ME
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 days/week option available)
Pay Rate: $22 – 24/hour
Position Type: Long-Term Temporary (3–6 months)
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to support our 6-provider medical group in Scarborough. This is a front-desk, reception-only role—no phone responsibilities—with a focus on welcoming and checking in patients in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients upon arrival

Ensure all intake paperwork is completed and accurate

Verify patient information and insurance details as needed

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
What We’re Looking For:

Prior customer service or healthcare front desk experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and organized

Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment

Availability for full-time (preferred) or 4 days/week
