Position Summary:
The Web Content Administrator is responsible for the management of content on Northern Light Health internet and intranet websites, utilizing the Kentico content management system. The candidate should have proficient knowledge of content management best practices, and web development processes, as well as web database systems. As the Web Content Administrator, it is expected that all Service Now requests are managed and triaged by this role, under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager. This position requires close contact with all Northern Light Health member organizations in the gathering, formatting, and distribution of all internet/intranet content, as well as the training of content editors as requested by the member organizations. This position requires frequent phone and email correspondence and support with Northern Light Health end-users of the systems that are built and maintained by Digital Services. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot issues that customers are experiencing in a courteous and timely manner. The position also serves as the administrator of select survey software, including training end-users, and providing additional support as needed. This person is also responsible for the regular auditing of all web solutions, in order to locate and fix broken links, and to ensure that the sites are ADA compliant. In addition, this person supports social media management as required.

•Associate degree (or greater) in web, digital, or technology related required or the equivalent of two years' experience.

  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient with HTML and CSS

  • Knowledge and experience working within a content management system (Kentico, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn concepts by studying information and material
  • Preferred to have 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service delivery, with the expectation that the candidate will seek ways to build rapport with staff and clients

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages content displayed on the Kentico platform on both internal and external web systems
  • Administers and supports select survey software
  • Manages and disseminates support tickets within Service Now
  • Provides training on Kentico CMS to all Northern Light Health content administrators, and develops training materials as required
  • Creation of basic departmental intranet portals
  • Works with EIS and IS Security to maintain access for site administrators
  • Manages the purchase and renewal of all SSL certificates and domain names
  • Consistently delivers high-quality service to clients
  • Understands browser specific compatibility issues, and tests sites in multiple browsers/platforms
  • Supports social media management, as needed
  • Communicate with tact and poise in all interactions with staff and customers
  • Builds and implements social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support system goals
  • Prepares targeted communication to existing and prospective audiences across digital platforms, developing and executing social media campaigns
  • Develops innovative social tactics to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement
  • Monitors social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps
  • Works closely with colleagues across Northern Light Health to develop and post content to social networking sites
  • Collaborates with the System Communications, Member Community Relations and System Leadership to meet Home Office, Member and consumer needs
