Pines currently has an immediate opening for a Practice Manager to manage its Surgical and Urology practices team while excelling in a changing and dynamic environment as well as being a proven leader in promoting growth and implementing new initiatives.

Under general supervision, supports and coordinates the day-to-day procedural and administrative activities of the Health Center. Schedules collect and maintain medical data and records, coordinate the acquisition and disposition of inventories and facilities, maintain fiscal/administrative controls and documentation, and oversee patient reception and secretarial support for the health center.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

1. Oversees interaction with patients and coordinates services with providers.

2. Coordinates all financial and administrative procedures and documentation for the health center; prepares and maintains operating budgets and fiscal controls.

3. Assists in administrative problem-solving, program/project planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.

4. Procures and maintains inventories of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment; coordinates and oversees the disposition, serviceability, and sterilization of clinical facilities and equipment, as appropriate.

5. Schedules and facilitates meetings and classes, initiates and prepares correspondence, researches information, and prepares reports, as appropriate.

Education: Preferred applicants should have a clinical background at the LPN or R.N. level, with prior supervisory experience. Will consider applicants with a clinical background including strong leadership experience. The applicant must be competent with computers, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be an outstanding listener, be a problem solver, meet agreed-upon delivery deadlines and prioritize workload, and work professionally and independently.
