Job Summary
The Senior Associate Registrar for Curriculum serves as a key leader within the Office of the Registrar, contributing to nearly all policies and processes that support the office’s mission to create, maintain, and safeguard the academic records of current and former students. This role holds primary responsibility for implementing policies and procedures related to course scheduling, registration, classroom assignments, and the recording of credits and grades. Additionally, the Senior Associate Registrar for Curriculum plays a critical role in the design and implementation of new features within the student information system and related platforms.

- The hiring range for this position is expected to be: $76,278 – $85,000

Education/Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies, business processes, and procedures and flexibility to handle some level of ambiguity while participating in the refinement and definition of new business processes
- Willingness to contribute to any office process during periods of peak demand
Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents
- At least 4 years of related work experience in records administration required
- Experience with data systems and multiple data/reporting tools
- Experience using a student information system highly preferred
- Experience with Workday, Courseleaf, and/or records and catalogue software highly preferred

Standard Work Days and Hours
- This is a full-time, exempt-level position working 40 hours/52 weeks, (1.00 FTE) and requires the time commitment to complete the essential duties of the position.
- The primary hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with occasional work after 5:00 pm or weekends.
