The MaineHealth Breast Care Center (BCC), a component of the MaineHealth Cancer Care Network (MHCCN) is growing and expanding services. Our nationally accredited program by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) is dedicated to improving care and monitoring of outcomes for patients with diseases of the breast. The ideal candidate is an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who has a focused interest in breast health / breast cancer and has a desire to work with a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and proficiency with EMRs are a must.
Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, No Call. Outpatient only
Minimum Qualifications:
- Oncology APP, NP or PA, experience in oncology preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure
- Current BLS certification
