Responsibilities include: Overseeing about 50 team members and all aspects of daily store operations to deliver a fantastic experience for our customers, our local producers, and our employees. Ensuring effective team leadership, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes. Participating as a member of the senior management team in ensuring the short- and long-term financial health of the Co-op. This position reports to the General Manager.
We are seeking the following qualifications:
* The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree acquired through a combination of formal education, demonstrated, advanced, and continuous learning, and related experience.
* Demonstrated experience, ability, and success in creating exceptional customer experiences.
* At least five years of leadership experience and success in building and nurturing strong teams.
