For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $2000 sign on bonus for
Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):

• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.
  Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
• Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible;
  former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.

Position Summary:
Lincoln Medical Partners The Women's Center | MaineHealth is looking for a Patient Service Representative. Our team of midwives and doctors is here to support you. From puberty through menopause—we provide comprehensive women's health and wellness services, close to home. Making an appointment is easy and we can usually schedule you within a day or two. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) will be greeting patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. The PSR will also be working with Primary Care Department in the same location and performing the same office duties.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

1. 1. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
   2. License/Certifications: N/A
   3. Experience: N/A
   4. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
   5. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume, and distance.
   6. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
