Assistant Superintendent of Schools
ANTICIPATED START: January 1, 2025
This position is available starting on or around January 1, 2025. Competitive salary with excellent benefits. Candidates must be certified or certifiable in NH as an Assistant Superintendent. Specific duties and responsibilities will be determined by the Superintendent; however, successful demonstrated experience in the following areas is essential: curriculum development/ implementation, personnel evaluation, professional development, and budget experience. Strong oral/written communication skills, organizational skills, and teamwork are required. SAU #9 is one of the largest multi-district administrative units in NH. The Superintendent and Assistant provide administrative supervision and direction to seven schools with a total enrollment of 1,800 students and serve seven local school boards.
