ChappyWrap is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Creative Studio Coordinator to join our growing creative team. As the Creative Studio Coordinator, you will assist in content creation (both in-studio and on-location shoots) and be responsible for all aspects of the photo studio operation including sample management & product organization. This role is ideal for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn the ins and outs of creative production and studio operations. You'll be the heart of our studio — receiving product, managing props, staying organized, and supporting our creative team from prep to shoot day. This is a hands-on role where no task is too small, and every detail matters.

What You’ll Do:
Content Creation
- Assist in the concept and execution of assigned in-house studio content and lifestyle shoots in partnership with marketing & creative.
- Capture b-roll and behind-the-scenes creative content for use in marketing materials.
- Support with creation of reels & lo-fi, behind-the-scenes videos for organic and paid social media content.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital content creation and social media.
Studio & Organization
- Receive, organize, and prep all ChappyWrap products for a streamlined sample archive and upcoming shoots.
- Order & provide updates on photo sample statuses as needed.
- Develop an inventory management system for tracking samples by style.
- Unbox and inventory all product samples, photo shoot props and supplies.
- Keep the studio and creative spaces clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Fold, steam, and store blankets with care after shoots.
- Maintain prop inventory and return or store items as needed.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.
Photoshoot Support
- Track studio schedules and prep for upcoming shoots.
- Help pack and organize everything needed for both in-studio and on-location shoots.
- Load and unload props and gear for shoots, and pack and move items on-site.
- Manage the shot list for product shoots.
- Assist with set setup and breakdown.
- Help manage time and flow during shoots to keep the day on track.
- Shop for crew snacks or last-minute props and supplies as needed.
- Be a flexible and reliable helper across the creative team — ready to pitch in wherever needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in fashion, retail or related industry
- Proactive problem-solving skills: ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- A team player with a great attitude and high energy
- Excited to support a creative process, even if you’re behind the scenes
- Not afraid of physical tasks like steaming, lifting, folding, and packing
- Eager to learn and take ownership of the studio space
- Familiar with basic content creation (iPhone video, BTS, etc.)
- Interest in photography, styling, or creative work
- Digital skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and an understanding of social media and content requirements
- Comfortable driving and running errands
- Prior experience working in a studio, production, or retail/operations environment (nice to have, but not required)
