Description
The Team Leader will be responsible for a variety of duties that will include, and not be limited to, the following: supervising/leading the LTC team and overseeing/coordinating the processing of referrals for the LTC Department.
This position will be required to meet the requirements of a regular office schedule, working five days per week Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm. This position will be located at our Benton office.
Because the Team Leader will occasionally drive for Agency business, proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver’s license are required.
Qualifications
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Supervising the LTC Regional Supervisors and providing guidance to team members when questions arise
- Acting as backup for LTC scheduling, intakes and opens
- Creating and distributing CareVoyant reports regarding productivity, admissions, discharges, and other related items
- Facilitating conflict resolution with team members and with other departments
- Assisting in covering call outs and being ready to perform any job position within LTC as needed
- Prioritizing and delegating the work of team members when absent
- Assisting LTC Regional Supervisors with creation and issuance of evaluations, coachings, and terminations of field staff
- Understanding and complying with all state licensing requirements
- Addressing all client concerns in a timely manner
- Completing performance evaluations for LTC staff
- Maintaining good lines of communication
- Performing other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of three years prior supervisory experience
- Minimum of three years experience scheduling clients/staff
- Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license are required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Intermediate level computer experience
