FH - Maintenance Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:  

General duties in maintenance in masonry, mechanical and electrical areas.   Under general day-to-day supervision, applies knowledge of a specific field using several varied procedures and techniques.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintains all refrigeration equipment.
2. Assists Carpenter when needed.
3. Assists Electrician when needed.
4. Assists in groundskeeping and snow removal when needed.
5. Participates in the Preventative Maintenance Program.
6. Provides strict patient confidentiality.
7. Assists in boiler plant operations.
8. Performs such related duties not listed herein but deemed in the best interest of NMMC.
