MSAD #53 is a PK-8 district with 3 school buildings - Warsaw Middle School (5-8) with 271 students, Vickery School (1-4) with 232 students and Manson Park School (PK-K) with 94 students.
The Director of Operations is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all district owned and operated facilities and creation of a safe and efficient work environment for all students, faculty and staff.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management and/or a minimum of three years of experience in the field of facilities management or equivalent.
Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full time position with excellent health benefits, paid sick/personal days, and paid vacation.
