Schedule: Regular Full-time
Hours: Variable day/evening hours
Position Summary: Assists preparing patient trays. Delivers and picks up patient trays. Assists in daily and weekly clean up. Ensures food is labeled and stored at the proper temperature and documented daily. Washes dishes and documents the proper temperatures on the dish machine.
Education Required: High School Diploma equivalent required. Servsafe Sanitation certification preferred. Associate's degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
Experience Required: At least 3 year food service experience required.
Other Skills Required: Clear and effective communication, practice food safety, proficient knife skills, prepare standardize recipes, basic computer and cash register skills.
