The Medical Imaging Assistant is responsible for scheduling patients, distribute reports, confirm pre-certification and maintain procedure schedules and training staff as needed. The assistant maintains appropriate spreadsheets, gathers essential technologist's worksheets prior to patient arrival, charts and log forms used by all sections of the department. Attend staff meetings, types and distributes minutes to the appropriate staff.

Requirements
Education, Training or Certifications Required:
- Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
- Office experience and medical terminology preferred.
Experience Required:
- Office/hospital experience preferred.
