Benefits: Incredibly flexible Health Insurance plans Education Reimbursement Paid time off Opportunities for internal promotions What You’ll Do Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on complex and chronic wound management Conduct assessments, consultations, and follow-up visits across home, facility, and clinical settings Lead the development and oversight of wound care programs and clinical protocols Serve as a clinical leader and resource to interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and documentation standards Drive quality improvement initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes Collaborate with leadership to enhance care delivery, safety, and efficiency Educate and mentor staff on best practices in geriatric and wound care What You’ll Bring Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Active, unrestricted APRN licensure and national certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent) Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (as applicable) 3+ years of APRN experience in geriatrics, home health, hospice, or post-acute care 2+ years of wound care experience, including complex cases Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, QAPI, and clinical documentation Proven leadership or program development experience preferred Wound care certification (WCC, CWS, or equivalent) preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills Become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team that values compassion, excellence, and innovation.
