he Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in establishing new customer relationships while being responsible for product knowledge to educate current and prospective customers. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is in Falmouth, ME.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects.
- Make calls and/or web-based presentations to support sales and manage product positioning strategies with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals in a professional way.
- Develop and maintain a network of business contacts within and around the company’s area or niche.
- Promote and sell Puritan’s products to its clients and prospective customers.
- Creating and maintaining customer database
- Explaining product features and benefits
- Developing new leads.
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Must be an exceptional communicator, verbally and written.
- Ability to consistently deliver new business ideas, and to grow existing business.
- Effective selling and presentation techniques with the capacity to influence customers.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask.
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
- 3+ years working experience in sales.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
