Summary:

Provides administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Lisa Stewart Women's Health Center and the Northeast Harbor Clinic. Responsible for coordinating Health Center activities and serves as a key support and liaison between MDI Hospital and the Health Center.

Requirements

Education, Training or Certifications Required:

  1. Associates Degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Experience Required:

  1. At least 3 years physician practice management experience required.
  2. Budget development and management.
  3. Prior experience working in a health practice desirable.

Special Requirements:

  1. Strong PC skills - Word, Excel
  2. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

Cognitive Requirements:

  1. Emotional maturity and excellent interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

  1. Ability to sit/stand/walk for up to eight hours per day.
  2. Able to perform under stress.
  3. May involve extended sitting.
  4. Use of VDT, hand/eye coordination (typing)

Environment:

Normal office environment. May involve exposure to infectious diseases.
