Are you a friendly and organized individual? We've got an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client is currently looking for a Temp-To-Hire Reception Coordinator to join their team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Answering phones and addressing patient questions, relaying messages to the supervisor
- Scheduling patients with guidance from the supervisor
- Welcoming and checking in patients as they arrive at the office
- Ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of all patient spaces
- Performing clerical and administrative functions as needed
- Communicating regularly with administrative staff and the supervisor
- Handling printing and faxing tasks, managing requests for notes, and conducting data entry for patient files
- Maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least two years of administrative experience (Medical office experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Most importantly, someone with a warm personality.
