Our client, a veterinary product company in the Rockland, Maine area, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team.

The Inside Sales Representative will perform outbound calls for both prospective and existing customers, with the objective of stimulating interest and generating sales.   • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships through direct B2B sales.
  • Perform outbound calls, determine customer’s current needs, and educate and inspire customers on the value of our product/service.
  • Generate new/follow-up calls with prospective and established customers by managing the sales pipeline through CRM program.
  • Generate detailed notes through CRM of the interaction/needs of the customer base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of all sales, and win/loss rate.

  • Minimum of two years of direct B2B sales and/or outbound sales call experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding company goal objectives.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, excellent work ethic.
  • Outstanding verbal communication, persuasion, and follow-up ability.
  • Skilled Multitasker: speaking clearly, actively listening, and taking impeccable notes.
  • Motivated to succeed, goal driven.

This is a 32-hour/week, in-office position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is a base salary and commission structure based on sales.
