Practice Manager – Surgical Oncology

Location: CMMC, Lewiston Employment Type: 40 Hours/Week Salary

Join our team as a Practice Manager and take on the vital role of overseeing assigned CMMG Practice(s). In this leadership position, you'll support operations, policies, and initiatives while promoting our mission to provide exceptional healthcare in a safe and trustworthy environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management with direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR a combination of equivalent education & experience in healthcare management.
  • Experience working both independently and in team-based environments.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.

Job Duties:

  • Facilitates positive resolution of all patient complaints and inquiries within the required time frame.
  • Promotes team building, trust and respect in every aspect of the organization.
  • Supervises day to day performance of all support staff, clinical staff, and manages practice operations in collaboration with other members of the leadership team.
  • Leads practice efforts to maintain a state of regulatory readiness for JCAHO, State or CMS visits.
  • Interviews, and recommends hiring, progressive discipline, or termination of personnel in collaboration with Human Resources Consultant and/or Employee Relations Specialist.
  • Prepares operating and capital budgets.
