Shalom House, Inc. has a job opening for an Assistant Property Manager who will oversee the clerical and administrative duties around the management of buildings owned and operated by Shalom House, Inc. The Assistant Property Manager will carry out projects assigned by Property Manager, Asset Manager, or other Directors and will assist with Physical Plant and Tenant issues.
Minimum Requirements: Qualified applicants will have a minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and work with deadlines. Two years’ experience in administration or support functions and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 9-5 (some flexibility is an option)

The Assistant Property Manager must have a valid Maine driver’s license with acceptable driving history. We do criminal background checks and driving history checks on all potential new hires.
