Job Description
Special Knowledge / Skills: The ability to create and maintain positive relations with students, school personnel, parents, and citizens, and to collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to maintain high quality of services.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Take attendance each morning and send it out to staff. Maintain attendance logs on students, holding students accountable for absenteeism and tardiness
Act as receptionist for all visitors and maintain a visitors’ log
Telephone contact with parents regarding student absences; with businesses; and with other schools and the central office
Maintain student database on computer using Infinite Campus
Print class rosters for substitute teachers when necessary
Perform other such duties that may be reasonably requested by the building administrators from time-to-time.
Answer calls throughout the day
Assist Administration/Teachers/Students & Guidance w/ any needs
Monitor Doors & Safety/Raptor System
Performs other duties that may be reasonably requested by the Building Administrator

Job Requirements
- Previous secretarial experience preferred; Demonstrated computer proficiency (Google suite) and the ability to learn new programs; Oral and written communication skills; Typing
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- High School/Trade School degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
