Beginning 2025-2026 School Year
Harrison Middle School is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative middle-level educator to join us as a Grade 7 ELA/Social Studies teacher. A successful candidate will be invested in knowing their students as readers, will be knowledgeable about Ancient Civilizations, and will demonstrate effective instructional practices. HMS is a highly collaborative, student-focused school community that strives to create a sense of belonging for all students.
The Yarmouth School Department, located ten miles north of Portland, Maine serves students in kindergarten through grade 12 in four schools and is consistently recognized among the highest performing school districts in Maine, with two National Blue Ribbon School awards since 2018.
