The Gray-New Gloucester Russell School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our hard-working team of K-2 educators.
Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to cultivate positive relationships with students, staff, and families, consistently demonstrate flexibility, be willing to problem-solve, and have strong classroom management skills.
Ideal candidates would be comfortable implementing a workshop model and have a strong skill set for teaching early literacy and numeracy and be willing to explore innovative teaching strategies to meet student needs.
Above all else, applicants should be passionate about working with our team to make a positive difference in the lives of all our students.
Applicants must hold a Maine Department of Education Certification Endorsement 020 and have a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check prior to employment.
