Position: Math Teacher
Location: Gardiner Regional Middle School
Date Position Available: 2025-2026 School Year
Qualifications: Appropriate State of Maine Certification (020) General Elementary or (300) Math 7-12 and current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education.
Description: M.S.A.D. #11 is currently seeking a collaborative, energetic, engaging, and knowledgeable about the middle school child educator to join the Gardiner Regional Middle School teaching staff as a Math teacher. Any candidate must have solid communication skills, effective classroom management, and a desire to work with a variety of students. A knowledge of academic interventions is strongly desired.
Additional Information: GRMS strives to establish solid connections with students and families/guardians. During the upcoming school year, we will continue to work on student academic growth and increase the use of data to support the academic growth of our students. At GRMS we work with MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) which has integrated SEL and Academic support for all students.
