Hall Dale Middle and High Schools seek an exceptional educational leader to join our administrative team in a unique dual role. This position combines assistant principal responsibilities across both schools with MTSS coordination specifically for the high school, all within our shared campus facility. This is an anticipated position pending FY26 budget approval.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as Assistant Principal supporting both middle and high school students and staff
• Lead the implementation and oversight of the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework at the high school level
• Collaborate with administrators and teachers to ensure seamless educational experiences across grade levels

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• Must hold (or be eligible to hold) the required certification - 015 Assistant Principal or 040 Principal
• Experience preferred. Minimum of five years teaching and/or administrative experience
• Must hold current Criminal History Record Check (CHRC)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A passion for working with middle and high school students and supporting their goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
