The City of Bangor is announcing an opening for the Safety and Training Officer for the Community Connector – the public transit service for Bangor and surrounding communities. The duties of this position include assessments regarding safety measures and training needs; and monitoring, tracking, and reporting compliance with various aspects of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)’s safety, security, and compliance rules and regulations. The goal of the position is to promote and ensure safe public transportation.

INFORMATION FOR APPLYING:
Pay range $26.52 to $35.58 per hour (based on 40-hour work week).
