Highway Superintendent
The City of Waterville is accepting applications for the position of Highway Superintendent in the Public Works Department. This is advanced supervisory and administrative work in planning, coordinating, and supervising street maintenance, refuse collection, equipment maintenance, and repair projects. This position may require extensive hours beyond the normal work schedule, particularly during the winter months.
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Knowledge of public works operations, including supervisory experience, is required. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
