Director of Business Services

MSAD #51 is seeking a Director of Business Services, a senior administrative role responsible for all business functions of the school district, including finance, human resources, transportation, technology, food services, and facilities. The Director of Business Services works closely with the Superintendent of Schools to ensure the integrity of operational areas, financial oversight, annual budget development, human resource services and processes, collective bargaining, and capital facilities and building projects, among others. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent field, is required. Applicants with progressive experience in other leadership roles will also be given strong consideration. An advanced degree in a related field, along with knowledge of school finance, is preferred.
