Temporary 3+ months. $20-24/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s growing team. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward internal and external customers at all time
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in inside sales.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Comfort learning new computer systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • Weekday/daytime shift
