Clinical Supervisor of Integrated Behavioral Health

Schedule: Regular Full-time
The primary role of this position is todevelop and ensure the delivery of high fidelity and efficacious therapeutictreatment within one or more Acadia Healthcare treatment programs and toprovide clinical direction and supervision to clinicians (e.g. LCSW's, LCPC's,etc.) to ensure that services are 1) patient centered 2) aligned with AcadiaIntegrated Behavioral Health's clinical philosophies, 3) evidence-based and 4) outcome-informed. As a member of theAcadia's Clinical Leadership Team, the supervisor is actively involved inestablishing, modifying and maintaining the fidelity of clinician servicesacross the organization.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the Maine State Board of Social Work or Psychologist licensed by the Maine Board of Examiners in Psychology or Licensed Professional Counselor by the Maine Board of Professional Counselors.
Ability to be flexible and exercise independent judgment.
Demonstrates collegial and multi-disciplinary relationships along the treatment continuum.
Documents all interventions in an integrated electronic health record.
Experience in Healthcare-based clinical treatment services preferred.
