$9,000 Sign-On Bonus
for RN's with 1-5 years of recent nursing experience.

$12,000 Sign-On Bonus
for RN's with 5+ years of recent nursing experience or home health/hospice experience. One positive reference from previous home health/hospice employer required.

Our Lewiston office has a part-time, 24-hour night position available for a Hospice Triage RN.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide support to staff and provide telephone interventions to maintain patients safely in their home, including scheduling home visits as needed. Collaborate with Physician practices and hospital staff to influence effective management of patients in their homes.

EDUCATION: Graduate of professional school of nursing with state and regional accreditation required; NLN accreditation required; Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Three years of recent clinical nursing experience required. Experience in Home Health or Hospice required.

LICENSURE & CERTIFICATION: Current RN license in the State of Maine; current CPR certification; nationally Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse preferred.
