Job Description
The Crisis Residential Specialist will monitor and provide therapeutic support in a short-term residential setting for clients who are in psychiatric crisis. Service delivered is described in each individual’s crisis stabilization plan. Service is provided to children with varying needs, difficulties, levels of ability and demands in a quick paced environment. Strong knowledge of medications and medical terminology, mental health issues and crisis theory is preferred. Need MHRT1 provisional certification within ten days of employment and full certification within one year of employment. Must have or able to obtain CRMA certification within six months of employment.
Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
