What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll support individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness through:
Rehabilitative & daily living skills training
Family support & advocacy
Medication administration (for those with a CRMA certificate)
Ensuring safety, stability, and well-being
Crisis intervention & support
Keeping progress notes & following state regulations
No Experience? No Problem!
We provide intensive on-the-job training and cover the cost of your Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT/1) certification! You’ll also get First Aid/CPR, MHSS, and MANDT training in your first year.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Experience or education in mental health (preferred but not required)
CRMA professionals with at least 1 year in mental health or a related field preferred
Already have your MHRT/C? Earn an extra $1.00/hour!
Choose Your Shift & Earn More!
1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (+$2.00/hr on weekends)
2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (+$2.00/hr shift differential)
3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (+$3.00/hr shift differential)
Since we’re a 24/7 facility, weekends & holidays are required.

KBH is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.
