Are you interested in leading the team in our Crisis Support Unit, providing emergency response to adults experiencing a crisis event?

Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 and recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the last 4 consecutive years, is seeking a full-time Program Manager to oversee the Crisis Stabilization team in Augusta and Waterville. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Augusta and Waterville CSU Program locations, including supervision of direct care staff, management, delivery and coordination of program and client services. This individual assures that these services and documentation meet KBH guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Program Manager assists the Director in the development of program plans, policies, and procedures and the implementation of those plans, policies and procedures at the program level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, mental health, or related field required
  • MHRT/C required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be MHRT/1 eligible
  • A minimum of 2 – 4 years of professional experience in the mental health field.
