  • Position Summary
    • This is a consultative, leadership position responsible for the strategic sourcing and contracting of Fixture, Furniture and Equipment (FFE) for facility projects. The Equipment Planning Manager partners with project customers to identify needs & establish specifications related to the project FFE and develops and monitors the budget in conjunction with the Project Manager. Some regional travel will be required.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Knowledge of contemporary business practices acquired through graduation from a four year college/university or equivalent relevant business experience.
    • 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, contracting, negotiation and sourcing required; Healthcare experience preferred. Relevant Professional certification (CMRP or CPM) preferred
    • Knowledge of methods used in the access and use of information including data analysis. Ability to prepare specifications and the analysis of bids and contracts. Microsoft Office Skills required.
    • Ability to source quality products & services; knowledge of market and pricing trends; ability to effectively bench mark total value.
    • Provide leadership in sourcing Fixtures, Furniture & Equipment in partnership with the Director of Contract Management & Procurement.
