Our client, located in downtown Portland, is looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3+ month assignment.

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent for our client's organization. This individual will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, workforce planning, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

  • Manage talent acquisition process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Advise leaders on market trends and best practices for talent acquisition.
  • Participate in workforce planning to ensure proactive recruitment efforts.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices.

Compliance & Process Optimization:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, EEOC guidelines, and internal HR policies.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology to streamline hiring processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: GED or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a healthcare or professional setting.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate need. Hybrid schedule after training. $25-30/hr.
