Description: Scarborough Public Schools is seeking a candidate for a Special Education Bus Aide (Ed Tech I). The position is full time during the school year. The ideal candidate will provide support to students with disabilities on school buses and vans. May also involve driving a school van to transport students with disabilities.
Qualifications: Must hold Ed Tech I certification from Maine Department of Education (Educational Technician I: requires that you have your high school diploma or GED). Must also have Maine Department of Education fingerprinting (CHRC).
Maine State Law requires ALL school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC). A copy of your CHRC MUST be uploaded as part of your application to be considered.
