Job Description
This position requires the ability to execute, analyze, plan, recommend, and evaluate investigations and security operations with limited supervision. The duties involve:
- Conduct complex investigations involving unauthorized disclosure, employee misconduct, misuse of property, theft, violence in the workplace, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.
- Applies advanced knowledge to prepare investigative reports and other written materials needed to support disciplinary actions, grievance hearings, and appeals.
- Review and evaluate background reports for employment and facility access.
- Manages the administration of automated security systems including but not limited to access control, badging, and visitor monitoring software.

This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration and you must be able to obtain an interim security clearance within the first 45 days of hire. Required/Preferred Education/Training
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education required.
- 8-10 years experience conducting investigations and preparing reports required.
Required/Preferred Experience
- Previous investigating and interviewing experience required.
- Ability to travel from site-to-site to conduct investigations.
- Availability to occasionally work weekends and evenings or early morning shifts to conduct investigations.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
