What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the center for verbal communications for Andwell Health Partners for referral sources, internal and external customers while performing basic clerical tasks.
  • Clerical tasks include telephone, reception area, data entry and the use of office equipment such as copy/fax machine and postage machine.
  • Provide introductory information to new customers/ partners as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong, demonstrated computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Excellent customer services and public relation skills
  • Ability to be a team player at all levels.
  • Organizational skills.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, with an occasional start at 7:30, or staying until 5:00. Monday-Friday. Must participate in a holiday rotation.
