Sales Manager/ Project Coordinator Job

Location: Kennebunk, ME
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

  • Pursue and manage sales leads for plumbing, HVAC system installations, replacements, new construction, and major repairs.
  • Meet with customers, architects, designers, and vendors to assess project scope and requirements.
  • Develop clear, accurate proposals and estimates that meet both customer needs and business goals.
  • Close deals, maintain long-term client relationships, and represent ProSearch's quality and reputation.
  • Attend internal scheduling, billing, and project coordination meetings.
  • Order materials and equipment for assigned projects and manage handoff to the operations manager and lead technician.
  • Conduct on-site project turnovers to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Oversee project progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and resolve job site issues quickly and effectively.
  • Act as a knowledgeable, solutions-oriented liaison between clients and field staff.


What You Bring to the Role

  • Proven experience in estimating for HVAC or plumbing systems, preferably with hands-on trade background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and industry-related software/tools.
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain positive client relationships.
