You’ll join a friendly, fast paced company in Westbrook, Maine, helping customers with billing inquiries, managing account data, and gaining valuable exposure to accounts receivable, billing, and financial systems.
Pay: $22–25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Hybrid: 2 days/week in office

Accurately enter and review billing, payment, and account data

Contact customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues

Support collections by following up on overdue accounts via email and phone

Manage corporate credit cards (issue, activate, suspend, cancel)

Reconcile accounts and audit data for accuracy

Maintain and update customer account information

Collaborate with sales, customer support, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
